We loved the hotel's location between snow-capped mountains and just 5 minutes away from the ski area. The facilities were great - newer, clean and cozy rooms featuring both western and tatami style. The onsen spa was fascinating, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, with particular mention to Masa who was smiley and helpful.

Spent Xmas here and had a great experience. Ski area is a short walk away and food was lovely. Staff service was impressive, a forgotten phone was sent to us by car even after check-out. The hotel's onsen was awesome and we had relaxing times here. We also loved how this hotel is located near a small town where we got to experience a different culture.

The room was really warm during the night even after turning off the heat. It would have been better if there was a shower in the room instead of just an onsen.

The hot springs were nice, especially the outside one. the room was okay, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was old and outdated, and was not good value for the price. the food was disappointing and lacking in variety.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Hot Spring Ikoino Yuyado Iroha. We were blown away by the amazing service and attention to detail. On our last day, we accidentally left our phone in the room and only realized it when we were already on the train to the airport. The hotel staff quickly responded and arranged for our phone to be sent to us at the Kutchan station, going above and beyond to ensure we didn't miss our flight. The location was also perfect, with the Annupuri Ski Area within walking distance. The food was delicious, especially the kaiseki dinner, and the spacious tatami room provided a comfortable and authentic Japanese experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, fantastic dining options, and exceptional service.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location, nestled between snow capped mountains, provided a picturesque setting that made our stay truly magical. The facilities were newer and very clean, and the hot springs, both indoors and outdoors, were incredibly relaxing and serene. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the gurgling stream while bathing in the hot springs. Additionally, the staff was kind and friendly, always ensuring that we were well taken care of.

The hotel's location was perfect for skiing as it's just a short walk to the slopes. the rooms were spacious and beautiful, with excellent amenities like a walk-in wardrobe and good skin care products in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed medical assistance. the breakfast was also delicious, with authentic Japanese cuisine and an ice cream corner for kids.

Some members of the staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating at times, which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable experience.
